I am a fan of American BBQ and high value steaks, I wanted to try this new place tonight. I ordered pulled pork, ribs... and brisket, to taste a bit of everything and the result was 10 with praise for the incredible homemade honey mustard sauce. The highlight is certainly the brisket, a brisket cooked for 13 hours, spiced and smoked to the right point, suitable for all palates even for those who try this dish for the first time. The brisket slice was black Angus, the perfect, juicy consistency, if lifted with a cutlery it forms the typical upside-down U. Homemade sauce both bbq and honey mustard exceptional, I left the place with 3 jars of sauce to take home. Last but not least Donald, the owner, an excellent person of a simplicity and cordiality that immediately puts you at ease. Really top to come back, thanks Donald! Ps: all accompanied by craft beer ... a place out of the ordinary! To tryread more

Excellent place to eat the best pork ribs cooked with a particular recipe. Over 5 hours of low temperature cooking.... Very tender and perfectly smoked. Special microbrewery beer (Blackswan of course). Absolutely to try.read more

Il miglior ristopub di Pero Siamo finalmente andati a cena per la riapertura serale all'aperto e nonostante dentro sia ancora più bello e grande di quanto ci aspettavamo, ci siamo trovati benissimo anche nel dehor esterno, molto intimo e arieggiato. Difficile trovare una pecca, è stato tutto superlativo, dal servizio, al conto, alle birre artigianali, ma soprattutto il cibo: "a real American taste", grazie al simpaticissimo chef Donald direttamente dalla California. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata fare due chiacchiere a fine serata con lui davanti a una birra. Spero di tornare presto e di sentire della buona musica dal vivo! 🇺🇸🤗

Absolutely Fantastic! American BBQ at its best! We were all so pleasantly surprised at the quality and deliciousness of everything we tried, nothing disappointed! My favorite were the brisket and the pulled pork...fabulous flavor and cooked to perfection! The Master of the kitchen, Don Scalmanini, was great! So friendly and an absolutely joy to talk to, he clearly loves the art of BBQ and his sauces are really good...we left with several bottles they have for sale (the honey mustard is amazing)! We'll definitely be back often!

Miglior ristorante bbq in assoluto La carne è qualcosa di veramente incredibile . Personalmente il brisket lo adoro , è qualcosa di indescrivibile . Buono e morbido . Donald è una garanzia Finalmente un posto ottimo dove si mangia bene !!!

Il paradiso della carne Sono stata con la mia famiglia in questo ristorante partendo con grandi aspettative che non solo sono state appagate ,ma di gran lunga superate. Le mie figlie di anni 13 che non amano particolarmente la carne sono rimaste stupite scoprendosi a mangiarla di gusto e non perché erano obbligate da me.Noi adulti abbiamo preferito prendere il piatto con tutti i tipi di carne e non saprei scegliere la più buona.Partendo dalla qualità della materia prima ,passando per le salse che l'accompagnano credo che il valore aggiunto sia il modo e l'amore con cui viene cucinato . Era molto tempo che non mi capitava di mangiare gustando ogni sapore e ogni consistenza che mi esplodeva in bocca. last but not least un'ottima birra artigianale ,ma buona buona eh! Un ultima cosa i proprietari persone splendide ,gentili che amano il loro lavoro.

Un angolo di America Di gran lunga la migliore esperienza di BBQ all'americana che ho provato in italia (e ne ho provati molti!). Il brisket è fuori concorso, succoso morbido e speziato al punto giusto. Anche le costine sono di un'altra categoria, rub e cottura incredibile. Ho provato anche il pulled pork, buono e con una salsa dal sapore unico. Io personalmente lo preferisco più "juicy", ma è gusto personale. Sarà comunque di gran lunga meglio di tutti i finti pulled pork che trovate nelle hamburgherie della città. Prezzi giustificati dal tempo necessario a fare questo tipo di cotture e dalle porzioni generose. Non vi aspettate cose fighette o gusti adattati per gli italiani, questo è un angolo di america che vi offre un'esperienza originale. Assolutamente consigliato, ne vale veramente la pena!

Menu da asporto Con moglie e figli abbiamo appena finito di degustare le prelibatezze da asporto...brisket, friggitelli, pulled pork e costine...tutto fornito cotto e sottovuoto...soltanto da riscaldare a casa con istruzioni fornite facilissime da applicare....cosa dire??? Tutto buono che più buono non si può....provare per credere...e se poi ci bevete insieme la birra Ryepa...avete fatto bingo!!!!! Complimenti...continuate così!!

Carne e birra eccezionali! Fatto l’ordine ieri sera online. A parte che la disponibilità a risolvere un mio “disguido” sull’ordine...Abbiamo preso le chicken wings ed erano buone, cotte veramente bene. Il brisket eccezionale davvero ma le ribs e gli stuffed sweet peppers sono una cosa illegale...spaventosamente buoni! Anche le salse loro sono speciali! Come birra abbiamo preso su loro consiglio un’affumicata che con la carne ci stava da Dio! Complimenti davvero!

Ottimo! Lo staff è stato molto gentile e simpatico, disponibile a spiegare e consigliare vari piatti e birre. La carne è preparata in maniera ottima, sia nei piatti di carne sia nei panini. Ho apprezzato in particolare il maiale sfilacciato del panino che ho mangiato, diverso dal solito e davvero buonissimo! Ho apprezzato molto anche le salse, in particolare quella in cui sono condite le insalate (la stessa che c'era nel mio panino) e la honey mustard. Davvero ottimo locale, fa venire voglia di tornare per peovare altri piatti!

Carne ottima, morbida e speziata.. Carne ottima, morbida e speziata.. in pieno stile americano. Salse spettacolari, danno una marcia in più.. buona e particolare pure la birra, però quella che ho assaggiato non era fatta da loro (birrificio tiny rebel uk). Ho assaggiato il mix delle loro specialità, sono curioso di assaggiare l’hamburger la prossima volta. Consigliato, bravi.

I have visited for quick lunch I have visited for quick lunch and had a salad, fries and cheesecake. Everything delicious, very fresh and tasty. Topping of the salad TOP TOP TOP! Honey mustard yummy! Fantastic atmosphere and good music. Next time will try one of their many artisan beers!
